Tenant separation that is actually tested
Multi-tenancy here is not a filter inside the application but row-level security in the database itself: the database refuses cross-tenant access even where application code would be faulty. The separation is written into the definition of done and is checked automatically on every build by isolation tests – at role, structure and data level.
Tamper-evidence as architecture
Every change to a quality object lands in a central, append-only audit trail. Who changed what and when is not a log file that rotates but part of the data model. Approvals follow the four-eyes principle, number ranges have no gaps, documents are versioned.
Trilingual, right into the supply chain
German, English and Chinese are built in throughout – for international sites and partners. On top of that come worked-out China compliance concepts: data classification with an NDA/NNN gate for external releases, and a compartment concept of its own for China complaints.

Internal sign-in via Microsoft Entra ID (SSO), external partners through separate invitation accounts in the portal. Underneath: roles, object-level permissions and per-module activation for each tenant – from the full build to a lean licence.
