Nonconformities · Deviation management
From the finding to a proven root cause.
A nonconformity is rarely done with once it has been recorded. EnterpriseCAQ takes it through a fixed sequence of gates – capture, immediate action, root cause analysis, correction, effectiveness – and documents every step.
Record, classify, track.
Nonconformities arise everywhere – in goods receipt, in an audit, in production. They all land in one register.
- One central nonconformity register with a KPI row: open, critical, overdue – at a glance
- Gate columns per row show the progress: capture → immediate action → RCA → CAPA → closure
- Classified by product, logistics, process or other – analysable instead of free text
- Defect catalogue and analysis as their own tabs – recurring defect patterns become visible
Cause first, correction second.
An Ishikawa diagram structures the search for the cause before anyone drafts a corrective action.
- An Ishikawa 6M diagram (people, machine, method, material, environment, measurement) right on the case, filled in interactively
- The conclusion, the root cause, is recorded explicitly – it is the basis for the action derived from it
- Derive an action straight from the cause – in the central action register, with the origin “nonconformity”
- Status monitoring with mandatory criteria per gate: closure only once effectiveness is confirmed
- Visible to portal partners on request, with the same gate progress as internally
